• Bachelor Degree in ComputerElectronics Engineering , Computer Science , MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Age less than 55 years. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or higher or Equivalent
• MCSE Certified (Core Infrastructure ) or Latest or Equivalent
• Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019) or higher or Equivalent
• Comp TIA A+ PC Technician or higher or Equivalent
• CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certified or Higher or Equivalent
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation V4 certified.
• CompTIA A+ certified (Essentials & IT Technician)
• At least 8 years’ experience in hardware, software and applications support and services.
• At least 2 years of experience as Senior Hardware/Software Engineer in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided).
• Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals at component level.
• Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (Hardware, Software, Applications).
• Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware/ software problems expeditiously.
• Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 (Or Later) and Microsoft Office 2016 Applications (Or Later).
• Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems.
• Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic language is an advantage.
