Engineer IT (Workshop Engineer)
• Bachelor Degree in ComputerElectronics Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Age less than 45 years.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or higher or Equivalent
• MCSE Certified (Core Infrastructure) or Latest or Equivalent
• Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019) or higher or Equivalent
• Comp TIA A+ PC Technician or higher or Equivalent
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation V4 certified.
• At least 4 years’ experience in hardware, software and applications support and services.
• Excellent experience in creating and building new images for desktops otebooks (Operating Systems + Applications).
• Excellent experience in using GHOST applications and tools or any PC Imaging Application.
• Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals at component level.
• Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (Hardware, Software, Applications).
• Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously.
• Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 or latest
• Excellent experience in warranty claiming procedures with international vendors (A certificate must be provided).
• Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems.
• Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic language is an advantage
